…and my favorite things…babies!
Here are my last sessions of 2008. Three little princes, and one little princess. I know by the time we reopen in January I will be itching to be around babies again – no matter how much work their sessions can be, they are ALWAYS so worth it.

These sisters were lots of fun. I always enjoy working with older children, it just doesn’t seem like I get to do that as often as most of my sessions are with teeny little ones. So give me two pretty, fun little girls, aannnndd let me photograph them downtown (which is my favorite place) and that makes for one happy photographer!
I think this is my new favorite image. Going to need a big one for myself in the studio!

There are only a few more sessions left for me for 2008, and boy can I use the break! I can’t wait to have some time to get some of my odd projects for the studio done…there’s just never enough time to put all of my ideas into motion.
But for now, here are some recent sessions!
Because today we got blanketed with the real deal. Wow, ok…I admit, it’s better than styrofoam snowballs.
It came down heavy here for several hours, which resulted in a LOT of snow. School was cancelled, businesses closed…now to figure out if I can drive to the studio this afternoon for my own work! It has stopped coming down and everywhere the ground is hard is turning to icy sludge, but the grass and roofs are all still covered in beautiful white.
So with all of this talk that we may get snow flurries tonight it reminded me that I never shared some of my favorite images from our holiday mini sessions a couple weeks ago. The snow might not stick tonight, but we sure had fun playing in our make believe snow that weekend!
We had lots of fun, and I am looking forward to offering more mini session events for 2009. The next one will be in late January, for Valentine’s Day. More details will be coming soon!
