More of the seniors

I shared a few images of these two from their studio sessions – now here’s a few from their on location sessions this past weekend.  🙂

The big kids have taken over

It seems like I have been doing so few baby sessions lately, as the senior crowd is out in full force. But the bad part is I’ve been turning away dozens of seniors who just thought about booking their sessions these past couple weeks because I am too booked up. Senior sessions really need to be completed by the end of March to have time for ordering and getting prints back a few weeks before graduation, and right now we are already scheduling for May. Every year I hope the seniors will book sooner…and every year it’s about March before the phone really rings off the hook and I can only squeeze a few in.

So anyway, here are some seniors that did schedule in time. I’ve got about 4 left to shoot the next 2 weeks then I am d-o-n-e!

Sugar & Spice

Here are two recent little girlys. First is a newborn with a flair for cute hats!  🙂

And next is one of my baby planners. This is already her 8 month session, which means her next session will be her last – 1 year old already. This year has flown by, it seems she was a newborn just a week or two ago!

Something must be in the water

Because there are newborn babies everywhere lately it seems!  Here’s some of the recent little ones. Expect to see a lot more newborns on the blog in the near future as well!

First the one and only little girl in this group…she was such a sweetheart and a poster child for baby modeling. She slept so well and even when she was awake she was completely calm and just looked at me without fussing. Get ready to say “aawww….”

And this little guy just seemed so tiny, but he had the biggest, brightest eyes. This is probably my favorite newborn image right now:

And get ready for twice the cuteness! I photographed big brother as a newborn just about a year and a half ago.  His two little twin brothers look so much like him that I had to share one of his photos from back then to compare.

Here he is:

And here are the two new guys:

Reeeaaallly happy babies run in this family.  🙂

More recent sessions

I usually don’t get a lot of boy senior clients even though I get so many girls, but this year has been different. I am glad more mamas are pushing their boys into sessions – because heaven knows they aren’t usually thrilled with the idea of a photo session! I don’t think this guy suffered too badly though and he even agreed to come in for a studio session too so it must not have been that bad.  😉

We did have some wind that could have blown us away at times, and it was pretty chilly downtown that day – but it was still a really beautiful day outside and we got a ton of great shots.

He even smiled a few times for mom – it was her lucky day!  🙂

Testing 1-2-3

Yay, it looks like even though things aren’t working as they should, I have found a way around it at the moment. So here’s a quick snowball of recent (and not so recent!) sessions. First, a couple seniors!

And some cute babies!

More shares are coming soon!

Behind on blogging

And this time I can’t seem to help it. I’ve been trying to blog the last couple days but am having issues with either my computer, or where my photos are hosted. I can’t seem to “copy” the link location to put them here to share. No matter how many times I try to copy, when I paste I am instead getting other random text that may have been copied at some point instead of the URLs I need. I can “cut” and paste, but not copy….and the place my images are located doesn’t give me to cut option when I right click.

I think this is another fun Vista bug…ah how I enjoy it. I am hoping this resolves itself soon (rebooting has not helped), otherwise I’ll start pulling my hair out. I’ve got about 8 sessions waiting to be shared.  😦
